Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and joined the Absorb Team in 2018.
Victoria works predominantly with commercial clients across a range of industry sectors including manufacturing, finance and construction.
Victoria provides advice on day-to-day HR and employment law issues including:
• Recruitment
• Sickness absence
• Performance management • Discipline and grievance issues (including undertaking independent investigations) • Redundancies and restructures
• Whistleblowing
Victoria also acts for clients in respect of employment tribunal proceedings and has helped clients to successfully defend claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and constructive dismissal.
