Karen has been an Ambassador with the BIoR for 8 years and is a qualified and certified member. Karen is the Recruitment Director at A. Lamb Associates Ltd., and is experienced in both recruitment and business development within the Commercial Construction Industry, assisting A. Lamb Associates Ltd in providing professional commercial services for UK and international infrastructure projects, as well as dispute resolution in the oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities and heavy civil engineering sectors.
Karen is qualified in Recruitment Practice through the BIoR. The BIoR is the professional body for HR, Agency and In-House Recruitment and represents professionals working in the recruitment and retention process and fall into areas of agency recruitment, corporate (in-house) recruitment and HR. As a professional body, BIoR Membership levels are select, based on assessed and qualified standards.
