Agency Membership covers the business and everyone in it, and includes company certification for the business and personal certification for every recruiter. The business is listed on the directory with the Certified mark once assessed, and gets the member resource library, the Agency Compliance Pack and the monthly Client Briefing.
RECRUITERS
Personal membership as a Member (MBIOR), or a Fellow (FBIOR) for senior recruiters, with the certification assessment included. Your listing on the directory, your verification page, your letters, the LinkedIn credential and the weekly Member Briefing. £120 a year.
IN-HOUSE RECRUITERS
STAR is membership and certification for recruiters who hire for the company they work for. The STAR letters and logo, your listing and verification page, the LinkedIn credential and the weekly Member Briefing, with the STAR certification assessment included. £120 a year.

RECRUITMENT CERTIFICATION
Membership includes the certification assessment, which tests an agency's or a recruiter's processes against current UK recruitment law and the BIOR Code. Pass it and you are certified for five years, listed in the public directory, and checkable by anyone at ior.org/verify.
TRAINING & CPD
Our courses are for both seasoned recruitment and HR professionals, as well as new entrants to the sector. Training for recruiters is delivered by HR professionals, with many years of experience and achievements behind them.
END POINT ASSESSMENT
Apprenticeship end point assessment and regulated recruitment qualifications (Cert RRec, Cert PRec) are delivered through Summit Qualifications UK, BIOR's Ofqual regulated awarding and end point assessment brand.
