A recruiter spills the beans on how to bag a huge salary with fewer qualifications. The TikTok user and former recruiter Your Career Sister shares a series of videos explaining lucrative job roles in recruitment.
Product Data Analyst
Your Career Sister suggested product data analysts usually work for a platform, analysing the success of a product. Product data analysts are working with companies to explore which features are most/least interacted with.
In a recent video, she explains, ‘A role where you don’t need to do a degree or two plus years of experience with salaries of £60k+ and that’s on the lower end.’
She further comments that big technological firms are competing over product data analysts as it is a fairly ‘new role in the market’ with not many people doing that role yet.
Emerging Markets Marketing Manager
Another role she recommends is marketing manager, which integrates languages and marketing. In her words, ‘It’s basically someone who works as a marketing manager for a global company to create content for their different entities.’
She explains that it is not necessary to possess a degree for this role, however, you may need to be able to speak in different languages and have some prior experience with content development and management.
Companies looking to expand and establish their global presence are recommended by the recruiter. This role can pay salaries of up to £38,371, according to Glassdoor.
UX Design
User experience design is another recommended role by Your Career Sister with an average salary of £50,000 by Glassdoor. She comments, ‘What this means is you are the person between the consumer and interaction of product. The product can be a website, app or something as simple as a coffee machine.’
Life Cycle Assessment Consultant
A job within the sustainability industry with roles going up for £30,000. She comments, ‘The crux of this job is analysing the carbon footprint of a product.’ Typically, a background in environment and analytics is recommended.
