Jacob Thomas Associates has now been trading since 2007.  Over the last eleven years we have valued our association with the IOR and now BIoR as both individual and corporate members.  We are committed to training and developing our staff through both internal and external development and find that utilising the BIoR Academy is a valued resource.  As a business, we are proud to carry the BIoR brand in all our communication and take the view that all of our consultant staff will be trained to at least CPD level through the BIoR, giving our customers, candidates and Team members the confidence to promote our industry to the best of their ability.
